I filed the Ch 7 on the day before the scheduled sale.  The automatic stay expired more than eight months ago and the case is listed as INACTIVE on the court's docket. The bankruptcy was discharged in August 2010.  The case has been inactive since then. I would suggest you explore your options further. Homeowners have alternate solutions to foreclosure, they may not be the best option but it's the least worst option.
